Hi my name Ed Robinson, i am not a mechanic, and have no previous experience with high performance cars. Other than i always wanted one.
This web site is about a normal guy trying to add bolt on performance parts in his home garage! |
The Story so far goes like many other, acquire a used mustang, get infected with the speed bug, go buy bolt on parts, put in the hours and learn how to work on my own car. Stay tuned keep checking back the car gets changed around continually, i also try to add valuable information.

APC Racing Seat Sliders and Install. For the Price i dont think you can beat The APC Seats, they are lighter than stock mustang seats and hold you in place considerably better. Expect about 4 hrs of work and 8 - 12 feet of steel. |

Well I have decided to change the car from a supercharger to a turbo! This will be a DIY SN95 Turbo build using flipped headers. It will use a Holset HX40 Turbo and 3.5" Vertical Flow Intercooler, 44 MM Wastegate, RFL BOV.
The Turbo is the Way To GO! Now that its on and working WOW does this car move! When you get on the Gas and the Turbo Spools up It feels Like a Tractor Pull Going Up The Road! |

With a huge aftermarket parts selection Mustangs are one of the most affordable cars to purchase and add Bolt On Mods. V8's have lots of displacement and adding a supercharger or turbo charger really brings these engines to life. Struggling to get 400+ HP from a Honda will drain your pockets but for about 3k you can get a small block ford v8 to really haul ass with a bit of time and effort plus a few $$$$! |
