Here is the Victum (on your car you will have to use a scring compressor to safely remove the control arms. I have already done that and replaced them with rear coil over springs.
Ocasionally the abs warning light was coming on. After looking at it there was electrical tape around the cable. I cut it aparts and replaced all the wiring. Works perfect no more light.
Here is the E-Clip at the back of the brake calliper.
I used a pair of vise grips to pull on the ebrake cable and remove it from its bracket.
Removed the sway bar, dont forget to pry off the little bolt tabs that ford used to fasten the bar to your car.
Here You can see how high i had to jack the car onto stands to get the braker bar on the bolts.

Up inside the frame rail is where bolts are for the lower control arm.

Ebrake cable is all removed.
Finally get to place the bolts to the control arms into place after inserting the bushings.
Both bolts are in place now and the control arms is just about finished.
Reinstalling the painted swaybar and painted ebrake brackets.
A view from under the car as i was torquing up the bolts for the swaybar
Some strange angle i was holding the camera to see if i could get a better picture of the control arms.

Teflon-lined spherical bearing to positively locate the rear axle.
Here is the Chassis end a 3 part bushing to allow the correct amount of stiffness.

These are also available in many differnt configurations, you can find more of them at their website. Visit Maximum Motorsports I ordered these on Friday March 11th 2006 lets see how the guys at StangSuspension.com do for delivery. The last stuff arrived about 10 days after ordering.

What i learned. This job took me about 5 hours of time in the home garage. I had all of the tools already and required nothing extra. I found it a bit un nerving laying under the car with it on jack stands. So i piled up a 4 by 4 posts until they were in contact with the car.

How the car responded: I took the car for a quick test ride and it definatly feels much firmer in the rear, under hard acceleration the car tracks straight. Before the lower control arms were replaced under hard acceleration the rear end would wiggle back and forth fighting for traction. The overall ride quality definatly increased drasticly. I like a nice firm ride with good road feedback the rear end of the car now makes me feel much more confident accelerating out of corners.
